Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Clique waitlist, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily join our waitlist for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Disclaimer

The materials on Clique's waitlist are provided on an 'as is' basis. Clique makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Clique or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Clique's waitlist.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Clique's waitlist could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Clique does not warrant that any of the materials on its waitlist are accurate, complete or current.

Links

Clique has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its waitlist and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Clique of the site.

Email Communications

By creating a Clique account, you agree to receive the following emails:

• •Transactional emails — sign-in codes, plan reminders, replies in plans and cliques you are part of, and notices about your account. You cannot opt out of these while your account remains active. We deliver them through Resend.
• •Marketing emails — a weekly newsletter on Sundays featuring upcoming events, plus occasional product announcements. We deliver them through Loops. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by toggling the "Weekly newsletter" switch off in the app under Settings.

We never sell or rent your email address. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-processing terms.

Modifications

Clique may revise these terms of service for its waitlist at any time without notice. By using this waitlist you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
